Artwork must be supplied as a single or two page Press Ready PDF file with 3mm bleed if bleed to edge is required.
All fonts must be embedded.
Please convert all PMS Spot Colours to CMYK

*When choosing "yes I need help with artwork setup" we have allowed for one hour of design work. You will be notified of Additional fees if our designers need more time to create your desired end result.
If you need assistance with artwork preparation please select that option when ordering and upload any files that will assist with preparing your design. eg; logos, images and required contact information in MS Word document.
TIMEFRAME
Same day* if ordered by 10am weekdays.
Public holidays not included.

We will produce your order same day when your order and payment is processed by 10:00am on weekdays.
*If you place an urgent order on a public holiday your order will be processed the following business day.
DELIVERY
If you require delivery please send us an email and will express deliver via Australia Post to all major cities and metropolitan areas within Australia.
** fprint will not be held responsible for deliveries that do not meet advertised Australia Post delivery schedules.
