PDF Files
Fprint only accept Press Ready PDF files. Although Fprint takes all reasonable care to check your artwork, please ensure that all files are checked thoroughly against the Fprint specifications. Fprint cannot be held responsible for any errors generated by you or the software you use to create artwork files for output. It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly check all material in the original artwork for content and technical accuracy. The final check before we receive your print ready files is solely your responsibility. If you require assistance with file setup, please call our pre-press team on 1800 70 80 28 for assistance.
Pricing/Payment
All prices quoted at fprint.com.au, in a price list or by written quotation, for the supply of product(s) and service(s) are in Australian Dollars (AU) and include GST and delivery to capital cities along the east coast of Australia. All prices are correct at date of publication and are subject to change without notice. Fprint online prices are valid for thirty days from the date of submission of your online order, if and when artwork is not supplied at the time of ordering.
Fprint payment option is pre-payment in full via Credit Card or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) prior to commencement of production. Other payment terms may be offered at the discretion of Fprint. Please call 1300 70 80 28 regarding account applications.
Delivery/Freight
Fprint has a standard job turnaround time of three to five [3-5] working days after approval of PDF artwork has been given. Whilst we make every effort to deliver within this timeframe, there may be particular instances when delivery times are extended due to unforseen circumstances out of the control of Fprint.
Fprint deliver to metropolitan areas of east coast capital cities of Australia only. Any deliveries outside of these areas will need to be checked before production can begin. All delivery charges are based on a standard and/or express service via Australia Post.
All freight prices are calculated on the most cost effective solution for the weight of product purchased.
An additional fee may apply where an initial attempt to deliver a consignment fails and the product is returned to our premise for further processing and a subsequent delivery.
Return/Refund
In the instance of a claim for damage or nonconformity with the specifications of the order, the customer must notify Fprint in writing via email or post within five (5) business days of receiving the product. If the customer does not notify Fprint, the customer is deemed to have accepted the product(s) and service(s).
If an error occurs as a result of the production process and claim for damage or nonconformity with the specifications of the order is accepted, Fprint may, at its discretion, replace the product and re-supply the service
Unless Fprint reasonably agrees that damage or nonconformity with the specifications of the order is due to Fprint, the customer must pay all freight charges associated with returning the product. Fprint will not accept goods for return that have been altered in any way or have been used.
Promotion and Sales Offers
Promo and sale terms apply together with any additional terms and conditions published on fprint.com.au. Fprint promo and sale offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers. Orders must be placed and paid within the promotion or sale time period as well as artwork supplied. Fprint reserves the right to refuse this offer if the above terms and conditions are not met. Fprint may vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice and you should therefore check them each time you intend to use the website or take up any promotion or sales offer.
Account Login and Password
All Fprint clients are allocated an individual Login and Password (which you select). It is strongly recommended that you change your password regularly. Fprint cannot be held responsible for unauthorised use of your account by another user using your username and password. Please advise us immediately if there is any unauthorized use by any other Internet user or any other breach of security.
